Get the Winning Edge...
Now the advanced space-age technology of Zero G friction reduction is available to you. It's the one time dry lubrication system that is applied at a molecular level during an engine rebuild to protect wear parts the entire life of the engine! It's tough, it's Demartment of Defense approved, it's been proven in space.
Now it's your turn. Put this proved technology to work extending the working life of your engine. Unlike oils and oil additives, it cannot break down, boil off, or become diluted. Zero G becomes part of the base metal, bonded molecule to molecule to create a 0.5 micron wear surface. This technologically superior surface resists metal to metal wear better than any other method when stress on the oil causes oil-film breakdown.
Zero G protects when oil lubrication is at its worst; at both ends of the temperature scale, high temperature, high-stress workloads, and cold-start lube starvation. Zero G has also been proven to protect an engine with inadequate or even lost lubricant.
Why Treat the Metal During an Engine Rebuild? This is a one time treatment that is applied in our factory to individual engine parts before the engine rebuild. Zero G is a permanent lubricant that is impregnated into the base metal at room temrerature without binders or glue. This creates an incredibly tough self-lubricating barrier. Of course we don't recommend running any engine low on oil, or without oil. Sometimes it happens anyway, at the most unexpected times. A Zero G treated engine will more likely survive the abuse. Never again will you have the hassle of adding expensive oil additives at each oil change. The extra protection that you need to increase the efficiency and working life of your engine is built in with Zero G.
From extensive use in the aerospace industry and Department of Defense projects, Zero G has been used to great effect in the tough environment of aircraft piston engines where reliability is a safety issue and anti-wear benefits a matter of huge cost savings.
Can Any Engine be Zero G Treated? Yes. Any metal engine part that may experience harmful metal-on-metal contact can be treated. This applies to diesel, gasoline, two stroke engines, even gas turbine shafts. Parts which benefit from treatment include camshafts, crankshafts, pistons, valves, cam followers, rocker arms, piston pins and rod bushings.
Who Can Benefit From an Zero G Treated Engine? Anyone who wants to permanently reduce friction in their engine will benefit from Zero G. At engine rebuild is the best time to take full advantage of Zero G treated parts. When precision parts such as cams, lifters, or other individual parts are removed from your engine, they can benefit from a Zero G treatment at our plant before they are refitted to your engine.
How to Get Your Engine Parts Treated? You can supply us with any wear part you want treated*. In about a week you will have your treated parts ready for the rebuild.
* Parts supplied to us for treatment must be in usable condition.
